I'll start with the main issue: the problem was with the assembly crew. Everything was assembled properly; my father-in-law, a professional builder, supervised the process. We've built many a bathhouse together, so we know how everything works. In principle, we could have built my house ourselves, but I know how labor-intensive and difficult it is. Everyone should do their own thing; I'll earn more in the meantime.

So: The frame is strong and precise—no gaps. The foundation was also done by Domogatsky's company, and everything was done well. The house will stand for a long time, no doubt about it. The wood was treated properly.
The horror started with the façade. Something went wrong in the workers' heads. The paint was expensive and good, recommended by Domogatsky's company, Biofa. But they painted it poorly, and there were unpainted areas and drips. I'd already calmed down by the time the house was due to be handed over and let this happen. Then I saw it and decided to complain.

I called and insisted on redoing it. They started dragging their feet. By that point, the assembly crew had left, and there were no replacements available. We waited. Domogatsky's company, of course, apologized. They said they were about to send workers to fix it. They eventually sent their own specialists, but I waited a very long time. These guys were already handy. They spent minimal time on the remodeling itself, sanded everything with vibratory machines, and repainted it—everything was done well.

Other than that, everything is fine. Just monitor the progress of the work and check the results. Don't trust anyone. No matter how wonderful the company, the work is done by people, and they can screw up. Happy building!
PS - I made a mistake by reducing the window area on the rear façade by half. Don't do that; use the standard Domogatsky Fachwerk design. It looks simply disgusting.

I was fortunate to attend a site visit to this company's building under construction near Yekaterinburg.
I really enjoyed everything: the organization, the presentation. I learned a lot: how they cut timber, what equipment they use to install those huge double-glazed windows.
What treatments they use on the frame. This is especially important for our fire-prone area. It turns out PIR is fire-retardant, and the timber is coated with a fire-retardant coating. This house motivates, in short, to earn more and to think differently about the space you spend almost 24/7. I was very inspired and thoughtful. Thank you for this opportunity.

The entire Domogatsky family is grateful to Sergey for his design of houses with panoramic glazing. We had previously considered building with aerated concrete blocks with friends on adjacent plots. We ordered a house and moved in eight months later and celebrated our housewarming, while our friends spent two and a half years building their house. I'll just say one thing: our friends have now bought the largest Fachwerk Omega house and are building a second house on the property, as they couldn't live in a house with little light and the airiness of a Fachwerk house. If you want a high-quality modern home, build a Fachwerk house!

We ordered a one100 house. We'd read all sorts of custom-built homes online and finally decided to buy it. We weren't mistaken. It took three months to build the house. We spent two weeks organizing delivery and another 16 days assembling it. We're currently finishing it.

In February 2023, a one140 house (basic configuration, with delivery to the Kaliningrad region) was ordered from Ecokomplekt. Unfortunately, the managers said that it was not possible to order a house kit with interior and exterior finishing in this region, otherwise this option would have been ordered. Assembly of the house kit itself began in August and was completed in November. The assembly time was longer due to weather conditions. I also postponed the delivery and assembly date by a month, which was reflected in an addendum to the contract. Technical supervision accepted the house in December (the pile foundation was accepted in July). Interior finishing is scheduled for January 2024.
Delivery occurred in three stages: timber, insulation, and finally, glazing. Delivery took about a month, which is quite slow, as it was transported by ferry. These circumstances were beyond our control; neither I nor the company could expedite the delivery. They send photos of the assembly and delivery, but since I visited the site frequently, I didn't need them.
The house smells of wood, the ceilings are comfortable, it's bright, all the seams are sealed, the joints are even, and the timber is gorgeous – it's a real pleasure.

Although there were delays at several stages, those few months are nothing compared to the construction of a standard house, which can take 3-5 years or more. I've been following Sergey and his company on social media for a long time. All expectations were met, and I highly recommend them.

P.S. I'd like to once again express my deep gratitude to Sergey Domogatsky and his team for not turning their back on their customers during such a difficult time for the company, and for building my house on time and with high quality.

We really wanted a house from Fakhverk Domogatsky, and we spent a long time researching and choosing the right one. We signed a contract, took out a mortgage, and invested our disabled child's maternity capital. Since Fakhverk Domogatsky isn't accredited by the bank, the contract was signed with Struktura LLC. We poured the foundation ourselves and invested a ton of money. As a result, the house hasn't been built for over six months. The company constantly gives us empty promises, finding new reasons to delay the deadline. Ultimately, the managers stopped responding, and my number on their hotline is blocked. Don't fall for Sergey's sweet stories about beautiful houses being built in the shortest possible time.
In our case, we've initiated legal proceedings and are preparing documents alleging fraud and the theft of 7 million rubles. We've involved the prosecutor's office, the Children's Rights Committee, and the media.
Domogatsky stole a house from a disabled child!

Editing this review after 4 months. In January 2025, we filed an official complaint against Fakhverk Domogatskogo LLC and Struktura LLC (the bank's accredited legal entity for mortgage issuance). The house was delivered on February 1, 2025, and assembly began. The prefabricated house was ready on March 15, 2025. We have no complaints regarding the delivery, crew, or construction; everything was perfectly organized. Fakhverk readily responded to all our requests, including making adjustments to the completed project. During construction, we decided to add another frameless double-glazed window unit; the company ordered additional glass from the factory on its own behalf.
Therefore, I'm adding stars for the work performed.

I ordered a Bergen Opti-110 house from Domogatsky back in 2018, when the company was just starting out. Clearly, there were a lot of untested technologies and instructions, and most importantly, no one had a long history of living in this house. The product was completely new to the market, and all the reviews were based on mere superficial impressions. I've been living in this house since 2020. In May 2023, mold began to form on one of the panoramic windows (on the inside of the glass). It was barely noticeable at first, but over time it began to spread across the entire window, creating the appearance of heavily soiled or fogged glass. When I contacted the claims department (July 19, 2023), the company verbally confirmed that this was a warranty case (the house has a 5-year warranty) and that the glass would be replaced. However, three months later, the company has ignored all my calls and emails. I will certainly seek replacement or compensation from the company, but I want to warn all potential buyers that no matter how sweetly the company may try to sell you a "GUARANTEE" and be ready to fix everything, as soon as they receive payment for the house, their interest immediately evaporates, and you will be left alone with your problems.

In 2022, we signed a contract with Ecokomplekt Management Company LLC (associated with Sergey Domogatsky) for the purchase of a prefabricated house for the Omega Up project. The total amount was 6.3 million rubles. The contract deadline was May 2022.

To date, the prefabricated house has not been delivered, and the money has not been returned. We won the lawsuit and received a writ of execution, but we are unable to collect anything—according to our records, the company's accounts are empty. Sergey Domogatsky contacted us, but the messages were formulaic: "temporary difficulties," "don't make a fuss," "I'll refund everything to everyone," and his signature phrase, "if you complain, I'll put you at the end of the queue." We learned that he used exactly the same language in conversations with other victims. Sergey now claims he has nothing to do with Ecokomplekt and that his business was stolen—even though he himself promoted the company. And this happens with each of his new companies—both in Russia and in Bali. On every platform he can reach, negative reviews are deleted, and fake pages are even created where he boasts and boasts on behalf of others. According to our data, he's defrauded over 60 people in Russia and about 20 in Bali. Don't get involved. We hope justice will be served.

I ordered a Bergen Opti Up prefabricated house kit (a compact two-story house, 110 sq m, with extra height on both floors) in the summer of 2021. Delivery was made in late February and early March, everything was smooth and on time, and the heating system was assembled in 3.5 weeks. Then, under a separate contract, the exterior finishing was completed in a month, from late May to late June. I am very pleased, thank you very much!

In 2021-2022, the team of specialists was amazing – they were professional and friendly, listened to my needs and requests, and offered solutions. I would especially like to mention architect Elizaveta, manager Elena, head of the exterior finishing department Pavel, technical supervision specialist Yulia, and my assigned project manager, Akim. The assembly team was experienced, and they assembled the house in a flash. Thank you all so much for the warm and beautiful home. Once assembled, the house has a free layout, so you can then implement your wishes, which is what I do.

We fell in love with the houses designed by Sergey Domogatsky once we saw them. We chose the One 80 house for ourselves. We were looking for a plot for it, and we wanted views of nature from the windows. During the construction of the house kit, we weren't satisfied with the crew, but our manager was always attentive to our questions, and the crew was subsequently replaced. A technical supervision representative visited at every stage of construction, and the house was built almost on time. There was a two- or three-week delay due to rain. We've been living in the house year-round for two years now. The house is very warm and energy-efficient; we heat it with electricity, and our electricity bills are excellent (we pay significantly less than our neighbors). The house is very stylish, stands out from the crowd, and is a source of pride for us. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
