Bali Investments was created by info gypsies. Felix Demin is a well-known figure in the info gypsy world. There are a few "interesting" points regarding their supposedly legitimate company. The official website doesn't list a single contract for investors. There's also no legal entity. The date when this whole mess actually started is also interesting – 2020, the year the world learned about COVID. I conclude that Demin decided to make money by building new bubbles, since the old ones had stopped generating profits due to the outflow of tourists to the island.
And one more thing, about the 12-month construction period. This is subject to full payment. That means the client must pay the full amount, and then they will begin building the villa. This means neither Bali Investments nor Felix have the money to build. Surprising, huh? They have money, that's the trick, and so they decided to use this scam to collect money from gullible people. More info-gypsies, in short. They've come up with a new pseudo-project to raise money, because they "don't have anything to live on." What do you think the likelihood is of being ripped off?

I didn't want to get involved in this scam.
I considered Bali Investments, but ultimately decided against it. The thing is, the installment plan is pointless, because they won't start construction until I, as an investor, pay the full amount. And what's the point of the installment plan? You can reserve a place for 200,000 rubles, and there's no guarantee they'll refund the money if I cancel. It's all built on simple trust. Who even builds anything on trust these days?
Besides the problems mentioned above, there's another one. You're supposedly getting a 25-year lease on this villa, which is supposed to bring you a monthly income. And then what? What do you think? Nothing. The villa doesn't belong to you; it's not yours, and the land isn't yours either. You didn't even essentially own the property; you simply handed over the money, which they used to build the property for themselves.
I don't understand how people don't notice this. Considering all the points I've written about, cooperating with this company is extremely stupid and unwise.

1) The founder is known. This is a good sign, because when the director is known, it means there are no secrets and no ulterior motives.
2) They work with other official companies acting as contractors and management. These are Farsight Villas & Hotels Management and HN Teknik, legitimate companies, by the way.
3) The official website details all the terms and conditions, including investment requirements, payback period, and estimated estimates, including several scenarios – pessimistic, positive, and average.
4) Great location. Suitable not only for singles but also for families. All the infrastructure is well-developed.

What's the investment amount? $169,000? Are they even freaking out? And that's with the stipulation that you have to transfer the entire amount to get things moving? But I haven't seen a single real case study or review. It's already 2022, and they started operating in 2020. Almost two years later, no results, except for a few negative reviews.
The minimum entry threshold is incredibly high. If they're offering to earn $5,000-8,000 monthly, why don't they cover most of the construction costs themselves and not take a cut of the profits?
