I invested at 17% in a building at 14A Pechatnika Grigorieva Street on November 30, 2020. I received my refund with the required interest on time, November 30, 2021. The day before, I was reminded of the upcoming refund and advised about the tax I must pay on the profits to the Federal Tax Service. I subsequently invested with Rentaved again in other projects (Sochi, Gaspra). I liked that I always had feedback from the investment manager throughout the investment period.
