The complex is located practically in the HISTORIC center of Kyiv. A 31-story high-rise in the HISTORIC center—is that even normal? Moreover, the complex is squeezed on all sides by a school and another complex. Across the street are Khrushchev-era buildings. Projects like Taryan should have a sizable grounds from which to see the entire complex from a good perspective, just like Warsaw Spire in Warsaw. As it stands, the complex is completely incomprehensible and seems not designed for people to come and see it from a proper perspective. The grounds are very small, or rather, nonexistent.
