Yeselyn Kurniawan2024-08-16Booked for 4 nights with my family and baby—regretted it immediately. We stayed in Villa 5, where the bedroom faces the main road, making it extremely noisy.
Day 1: flooding in the service area, broken bedroom door lock, and non-working AC upstairs. Despite multiple attempts, nothing was properly fixed.
Day 2: no hot water, no running water in two showers, and the AC issue persisted. They refused a full refund, offering only 2 nights back even though we endured a night with no water.
Level of cleanliness 2 out of 5.
Terrible service, zero accountability, and no empathy. Save yourself the hassle—avoid this place.
