Our villa was flooded for half of our stay because the pool leaked through the door, only solution was putting towels and absolutely zero care from staff on fixing. I don’t recommend staying here until that’s fully fixed. Staff on site messed us around with a few other things. Location is good. Layout of apartment is nice but they have a lot of work to do and could definitely be a 5 star place. Just a lot of issues at the moment.

I was genuinely looking forward to a relaxing stay, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing and far from what I had expected
I was informed there was a leak in the pool of the 5th townhouse, so I was asked to switch units. I agreed and cooperated, only to later discover that the real issue was with the 4th townhouse, which had already received complaints from previous guests. It became clear that my original booking had simply been reassigned to someone else. When I went to the reception to raise my concerns, I found no one there—at 7 PM, the desk was completely unattended.

Despite the inconvenience, I had no other choice but to accept the situation. What’s more frustrating is that I was told I received a “compliment” during my stay, which is entirely untrue. No compensation was offered, and there was no staff available on-site for assistance. I had to send messages via WhatsApp, not even knowing who I was communicating with.

Traveling all the way from Dubai, I was expecting a peaceful, enjoyable vacation. Instead, I had to deal with a flooded living room, a closed-off bedroom, and constant frustration. The 30% refund offered doesn’t even begin to reflect the level of disruption and discomfort I faced.

This review reflects my honest experience. Several serious issues were poorly handled or ignored, and I sincerely hope this feedback encourages improvements for future guests.

It looked like luxury villas, but they weren't well-managed. The pool was too small, the jacuzzi was useless, and the noise of the construction site right next to the villa. I had to hear construction site noise constantly during 4 days and 3 nights

Bad things
1. Unusable jacuzzi due to the bugs... they don't clean and care about the jacuzzi.
2. No need to book in advance as they will drop the price 70% for imminent bookings
Glitchy electronics
3. Upon emtering house 8, the sewage stench greeted us at the kitchen sink also.
4. The bathroom sink was dirty, and the shower drainage system overflowed every time I took a shower.
Oh, another one! Do not use the outdoor swing chair... sat on it once, and it fell off, leaving me with scratches from the cactuses by it.
If it wasn't for the hospitable staff and location, i would've rated this 1 star.
I WON'T COME AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

This was our third time staying here, and while the villas themselves remain as beautiful and well-maintained structurally as ever, the service has unfortunately declined.

We found ourselves repeatedly having to remind staff to clean the villa, which simply shouldn’t be necessary. The overall cleanliness left much to be desired this time, and there was a persistent smell of drains in our villa which detracted from what should have been a relaxing stay.

That said, the staff were all very friendly, and it’s clear they meant well—but the attention to detail and level of service we’ve previously experienced was noticeably lacking.

We really hope this is just a temporary dip in standards. Please return to the high level you’re known for—we’ve always loved staying here, but this time, you’ve let yourselves down.

Place is really nice and super central - rarely had to get a Gojek as everything was within walking distance.

It was a little hard to find at first (you jsut need to keep driving down).

The space was really cool, private pool, projector, two bathrooms, filtered water. Service was pretty good, at times it take awhile to get a response. But I would stay again.

We had an amazing experience. The villas are beautifully designed, offering both luxury and comfort in a peaceful setting. The staff were attentive, ensuring our stay was perfect. The location is ideal, close to attractions yet wonderfully private.

We highly recommend for anyone seeking a relaxing and luxurious getaway. We’ll definitely return!❤️

I booked Alex's villa through airbnb and never regretted it. The staff are helpful, place was easy to find and I love the design. Everything's well maintained and super comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. Looking forward to our next stay.

Could not fault this place. We stay at a villa with a private pool. Beautiful and clean. The staff were awesome. Perfect location close to Batu Bolong Beach. We will be back for sure!
