We recently stayed at a modern apartment in Canggu that offers plenty of potential but unfortunately fell short in some areas. The apartment itself is stunning, featuring sleek, contemporary interiors and cutting-edge technology to control lighting and other features. Its location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Canggu, close to bars, restaurants, and gyms, making it incredibly convenient.

However, there were significant drawbacks. The building is very new, and it seems the construction hasn’t been fully completed or managed properly. We experienced constant issues with leaks through the patios and walls, which caused frequent power outages. This meant we often had to reset the mains ourselves. Despite reporting these problems multiple times and being assured someone would address them, no one ever showed up.

It’s a real shame because this apartment has so much potential. It’s beautifully designed, in a prime spot, and could be amazing with proper management and maintenance. Hopefully, these issues are resolved soon, as it truly deserves to be enjoyed to its fullest.
