I’ve been very disappointed with my stay at this villa. While the design is comfortable and modern the surroundings and especially the service and cleaning crew have left me very unhappy and frustrated. The villas have a huge loud construction project next door that starts at 7am 6-7 day a week. Also, during my stay the workers have constructed a shanty house across the street. So what started as a nice green view I now get to watch construction workers shower and use the bathroom. The villas are very poorly constructed and have constant problems with leaking AC's, clogged plumbing and showers, electrical issues etc. After staying 2 months something goes wrong or stops working literally every few days we've been here.

Communication has been extremely poor. No one explained how any of the features of the villa worked upon our arrival. We had to figure it out on our own. No one gave us a proper receipt for our deposit. Just very unprofessional behavior.

The cleaning crew often comes inside the villa while we are undressed or sleeping. They have no do not disturb signs and simply barge in whenever they wish.

The most disappointing area is the cleaning. The workers never use any cleaning products to properly disinfect and clean the villa. They just wipe everything with small dirty rags. No hardwood floor cleaner for the wood floors. No disinfecting bathroom cleaning products. Just a brush and dirty rags. It’s frankly disgusting and extremely unhygienic. Lots of mold and crusty areas growing in the shower and bathroom. Our toilet overflowed and they literally cleaned with towels and left dirty sewer water all over the villa. My partner and I have had to clean the villa ourselves multiple times as the cleaning crew has no idea or training on proper cleaning products or techniques.

Bintang the manager of the villas does a very poor job. He never communicates necessary information in a timely manner. He makes promises to do things and never does them or changes it later. Please find a proper property manager to run the villas.

The villas may look good but the service, construction quality, amenities and unprofessionalism by the staff are far from a luxury experience.

OASIS II Villa is truly impressive with its spacious layout. The villa is really huge, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy.
