Chelsea B2025-04-18The property is incredibly spacious, with high-end furnishings, excellent appliances, and a level of quality far above the usual Bali standards. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making it not only beautiful but also extremely comfortable. The location is perfect—central yet peaceful—allowing easy access to all the best cafes, restaurants, gyms, yoga and Pilates studios.
What truly sets this stay apart is the exceptional hospitality. The entire onsite team was fantastic—always smiling and providing excellent customer service. A special shoutout to Rai, who went above and beyond to keep my lost item safe. It’s rare to find such a stunning space combined with such thoughtful service. I will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality, stylish, and well-located Airbnb in Bali!
Tenzin Lhoden2025-03-09I had an absolutely amazing time staying at Alex Villas Complex N3 with my friends. The entire experience was perfect from start to finish. The apartments are high-quality, modern, and super fancy, with daily cleaning that kept everything spotless. The swimming pool was incredible—definitely a highlight of our stay.
But what really made this stay unforgettable was the staff. A huge shoutout to August, Rai, Kadet, and Dijon for being so polite, friendly, and full of positive energy. Their kindness and attentiveness truly made this trip extra special.
If you’re looking for a place to stay that combines luxury, comfort, and the best hospitality, Alex Villas Complex N3 is the place. Highly recommend it, and I’ll definitely be back!
Andrea V2025-01-07Just checked into Alex Villas N3 and unfortunately, I’m disappointed. While the unit is clean, spacious, and nicely furnished, the overall experience isn’t what I expected. The biggest issue is the lack of privacy and natural light. When I walked in, it immediately felt dark, so I opened the sheer blinds only to realize that the villa directly faces a small canal where people sit and fish. They can see straight into the unit, which made me uncomfortable and forced me to keep the blinds closed, making the space feel even darker and a bit like a dungeon. Unless I’m staying in one of the townhouse units, I likely wouldn’t book this villa again.
Ray Dunn2024-08-07A nice clean and quiet place to stay, merely 50m from the main street in Pererenan. Excellent modern appliances, and a cool outdoor plunge pool, visible through the glass wall of the sunken lounge. We were able to play good tunes through the sound bar which accompanies the projector screen. The bed is large and comfy and the pillows were terrific. The bathroom is well lit and spacious and the shower is fully stocked with good quality shower gels, shampoo and conditioner.
The true Rockstars here though are the staff. Always smiling, always friendly and only too ready to help. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat

- no respect for regular customers
- professional thieves when it comes to refunding money
- drinking glasses smell bad
- terrible customer service
- reservation team is stupid and made a mistake they don’t want to admit or fix
- door locks of bathroom and room not working
- place was very dusty you can smell it in the sofa and sheets
- manager not available when was asked for and needed, he didn’t even bother contacting us or showing up
- problem solving skills ZERO !

We really like the locations. Is very quiet and close to everything. Especially love mostly next door
And it’s good windows so it’s not loud to sleep
We especially like the Team , they are very nice and helpful, really like Rai the manager she is very kind and helpful and Agus is also very helpful and efficient
And Yuda is very organised and very good at paying attention to details. ( very good employee )
Also other cleaning team member also very helpful.
Usama Tabit2024-10-07Excellent service, they offer great all day breakfast from 9am-10pm but more like 10am-9pm since they hey may not have the fresh ingredients around the opening and closing hours, the have a brochure for excursions and in house massages available for very fair prices. The private driver who picked us up was Dian and he was absolutely phenomenal. He let us know how to avoid any unnecessary costs and where to visit and explore. Overall the service was attentive and we were comfortable during our stay

This place is local to everything, very secure, good vibes, they clean every day, it’s also quiet at night time and the amenities are nice. Pillows are good, very clean, good couch, ac works great, they deliver to your door. Do your laundry.
