Unit Space

We stayed at Unit Space in Canggu and had a very disappointing experience.

Due to a booking mistake, we accidentally reserved one night too early. We contacted the host, hoping to shift that unused night to the end of our stay. They refused, and although they later offered a 10% discount on the night we actually needed, it didn’t come close to compensating for the fully paid night we lost.

Even worse, during our stay, money was stolen from our room after cleaning. My friend had $200 taken, and I personally lost 10,000 Japanese yen. I wasn’t planning to use that cash, so I noticed the loss immediately. I am 100% sure it happened during the cleaning, as I left my wallet in my bag while I was at the pool.

We were offered to go to the police, which we appreciated, but were also told that such situations are “hard to prove” and that we were at fault for not using the safe, which was blocked at the time.

I’m truly sad that such bold and shameless behavior from cleaning staff happened here. Maybe it wasn’t directly the host’s fault, but as the owner of the property, they have a responsibility to make sure guests feel safe and respected, and in this case, we didn’t.

The place itself is beautiful and stylish, but after the theft, I couldn’t relax or enjoy my time there anymore. I felt deeply unsafe, and it completely ruined the experience.

I would not recommend this place to anyone who values peace of mind during their trip. And please, keep your stuff and money safe with you.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Unit Space! The villa exceeded our expectations in every way. The moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and refreshing welcome drinks.

The villa itself was stunning, with beautifully decorated rooms and spacious living areas. The pool was perfect for relaxing and the outdoor spaces were ideal for enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

The staff at Villa Unit Space were exceptional, providing top-notch service and ensuring our every need was met. They helped us plan our itinerary, recommended local restaurants and even arranged for a private chef to cook for us one evening.

The location of the villa was also perfect, close to local attractions and amenities, but far enough away to provide a peaceful retreat.

Overall, we highly recommend Villa Unit Space to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. We can't wait to return!

Our stay at your hotel was truly wonderful.
The staff were always kind, polite, and ready to help — communication was smooth and warm. The room was clean, cozy, and well-kept, and the overall service was excellent.
At first, we had booked a different hotel, but it turned out to be dirty, surrounded by construction, noisy roads, and absolutely no service. That’s when we found this place — and we were so happy we did.
The view of the rice fields was stunning, the air was fresh, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax. We especially loved the delicious breakfasts, and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Amazing Villa Experience!

We recently stayed at Unit Space and had an incredible time! The villa was beautifully designed, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The private pool and outdoor area were perfect for relaxing and enjoying quality time with family and friends.

The location was ideal, close to Luna Beach Club. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay special.

We highly recommend Unit Space to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. We can't wait to return!

I love this place so much! I don’t want to leave it at all, it’s comfortable to stay for long term or for a short vacation.
Brand new space , really love their style, room are equipped with all you need and even more,
Cleaning is excellent, service is so helpful and fast, breakfast is delicious! Coffee is also great, they have an oat milk

Unit space is a beautiful place to long stay here ini Bali. With beautiful view, and all the facilities made my dream holiday come true. I have an extraordinary time here. The location is perfect for works, it"s really quiet and peacefull, and all the staff has a great hospitality. I will always coming back again and again.

I got a good and comfortable place to stay at Unitspace, comfortable and safe. If you leave all your valuables and money behind and scatter them in the room, they really take care of it and are careful. So it's very comfortable and I will come back to Unitspace again.
