Hidden City is a brand-new and beautifully designed complex with everything you need for a comfortable life (even a washing machine and a gorgeous glass bathtub from Pinterest!)😍The interior design is modern and stylish, very comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed really made us feel at home.
From the moment we arrived the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. We were warmly welcomed at the reception and offered help with our luggage. Throughout whole our stay the team stayed in touch and were always ready to assist.
The only minor thing we missed were towel hooks in the bathrooms but that’s not a big deal.
The location is great too, there are many restaurants and shops within walking distance.
Thank you to everyone at Hidden City for making our time in Ubud so special. We’ll definitely recommend this place to our friends! 🙏
Laksana Bintang (Bintang)2024-11-06My stay at Villa Hidden City Ubud was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning tropical oasis. The villa is beautifully designed, blending traditional Balinese charm with modern comforts.
The private pool was a dream—clean, refreshing, and surrounded by lush greenery that made us feel completely secluded. The bedrooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and elegant decor. The open-air living area was perfect for relaxing, and we loved the outdoor shower!
Location-wise, it’s peaceful and tucked away, yet still close enough to Ubud’s main attractions. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, arranging scooter rentals and giving great local recommendations.
If you’re looking for a serene, luxurious escape in Ubud, this villa is a must-book.
Sarah Bright2024-10-26We had the worst experience at Hidden City Ubud, the service was absolutely shocking. First they gave us a room without a pool even though we payed for a place with a pool, they then moved us to a villa that had water running down the wall and creating puddles all over the living room, so they then had to move us again. I highly recommend you don’t come visit this place as they have 0 business skills or service skills. The service was horrible and management will not help you. Please stay away from Hidden city Ubud if you want to enjoy your holiday.
Tyler Derden2025-06-29I was here a week ago and I guess it is newly built. Though there is other construction but it is far away and we didn't hear any noise. We've stayed in a townhouse but it felt very private and it is really spacious. Rooms are clean and comfortable, living area is huge with a well equipped kitchen.
Security guy met us and helped with baggage, receptionist was very friendly and made a room tour in the beginning.
Location is great. We went to the nearest restaurant street by foot in 5 minutes.
5 stars guys. very recommended

The friendly staff helped us to settle in - the girls at the reception were as attentive and smiling as possible. The villa Losta is very huge! About 250 m2. The view of the rice fields and the jungle is amazing. The complex has just opened and can please with pleasant prices. I think in a few months it will be impossible to move in at the required prices😅😄 Good luck and prosperity!🫶🏻

The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when assisting us with a late check in. Reception was always willing to help and very friendly throughout our stay. Thank you for the great experience. we’ll definitely be coming back!
