The Kubanoid Company. My husband and I have been dealing with three different managers from this company since 2023, and each time, it was a different person. The first was Vlada, a sales representative who, as we quickly discovered through simple methods, was a hairdresser who had never even been to Bali, judging by her zero knowledge and the most silly mistakes in her speech and information about locations. The other two weren't much different. The last girl was about 22-23 years old and couldn't even count properly. How such people can be trusted to work with clients over 40 and with years of investment experience is beyond me. They're crazy. We did some background checks, and among the employees and even in management, there were former collectors, AvtoVAZ employees, and so on. We saw a property with a showroom—the quality leaves much to be desired. The managers' work is pure entertainment, unless you've reached the zoo, for example.

I decided to invest in real estate in Bali and contacted Magnum (recommended by friends). I purchased an apartment. The property is still under construction, but I'm looking forward to it. The company's representatives are always in touch, and I'm looking forward to my vacation in Bali. I highly recommend Magnum!
