Lyvin Melastia is one of the most atmospheric places I've ever been. The hotel is located next to Melasti Beach, and the ocean view alone is worth it. The rooms are spacious, and the light floods the entire space in the morning—it's simply magical. I especially loved the lounge area: a comfortable sofa, a TV, a wooden kitchen with transparent doors and that perfect view—you just want to be in the moment. The pool is deep and stylish, perfectly fitting the villa's aesthetic. Every corner here seems made for a photo—if you appreciate beautiful locations, comfort, and the opportunity to truly unwind after a night of content, this is the place for you. This place is a dream. A must-see!

The reputation is incredibly negative. So, judging by how people are responding to this company, it's best not to invest here. Firstly, some are having payment issues, with long delays, incomplete payments, and the like. Secondly, some have stopped receiving payments altogether. Thirdly, the call center generally has a habit of not responding to anyone, ignoring everyone, and completely ignoring customers. So their reputation is really, really bad. Honestly, I don't understand how anyone could decide to invest here when there are similar problems that other people are reporting. Perhaps people don't look for reviews before investing here, so I advise you to first read all the comments, opinions, and feedback before investing. Believe me, you'll be less inclined to invest here once you know the truth.

Sanur doesn't look like as much as Musa Dua or Channgu, Magnum Residence Sanur's Architecture design doesn't match in Sanur beach area, because there are many Balinese traditional houses around there, I hope local people and foreign builders protect Balinese tradition and local culture, when design a new project don't forget performance the beautifully traditional Balinese style.

Firstly we really enjoyed the villa. But on the third night there was heavy thunderstorms throughout the night, while we woke in the morning we had found there was a sealant problem with the windows and our backpacks with some of our belongings still inside had been soaked from the leak, and there was puddles of water near the window. We had informed staff of this, they just send someone in to seal the window. Left the puddles there until we asked for the cleaner to come in and clean up. Staff didn’t seem to bothered our belongings got soaked from the leaks. Also the only entry area to the villas are down a narrow pathway with ongoing construction work and it is often very dirty and busy with ongoing works as you can see from the photos attached the entrance to the villas is at the white wall at the end of the path.

SDG somehow manages to find some truly amazing development locations. They build with high quality and are very responsible about delivery deadlines. They've already completed projects, and several have been delivered ahead of schedule, which is the key to a successful investment. A beautiful villa, ideally located in a quiet area overlooking rice paddies. The living area is spacious, and the bedrooms are very well-equipped and comfortable. Everything is easily accessible (restaurants, shops, etc.). The concierge service is incredibly attentive, professional, and responsive, always with a smile. A real plus for enjoying your vacation. The pool is spacious, and the grounds are perfect for relaxing. We spent 10 exceptional days with friends.

Hated it, they chop down 100 years old trees just to build this good for nothing beach club. Bali used to be one with nature, now just because a bunch of conglomerats and greedy people they turned our Bali into hell.
