I have been staying at The One Umalas for a while now, and I must say, my experience has been nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the staff has been incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ensuring that my stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

One of the highlights of my experience here is the exceptional housekeeping service. The rooms are always spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail is truly impressive. Fresh towels, neatly arranged spaces, and an overall refreshing ambiance make it a pleasure to come back to my room after a long day.

Another feature that stands out is the rooftop pool—an absolute gem! Whether it’s for a morning swim, a relaxing afternoon with a book, or watching the sunset over Bali’s beautiful skyline, it’s the perfect spot to unwind. The pool area is well-maintained, and the views are breathtaking, adding an extra touch of luxury to the stay.

The overall environment at The One Umalas is peaceful yet vibrant, with a great balance of privacy and community. The location is also convenient, making it easy to explore nearby cafes, restaurants, and beaches.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, and enjoyable stay in Bali. Definitely a five-star experience!

catastrophic hotel! catastrophic management I don't know where to start! We booked two nights as a family, we arrived and had a bad experience from the moment we arrived. on booking, new hotel, no comments but 5 stars. in reality, hotel under construction, finally apartment under construction because not a hotel, misleading description, scammers. Dirty room, not cleaned. No toilet paper, no shower gel, elevator under construction, noisy because of construction everywhere in the hotel. drunk people in the hotel, it is not a family establishment but a place of debauchery. a bottle of alcohol on the reception counter when we arrived ! book to ourselves, bad staff who were amused by the situation, we asked for cancellation upon arrival, we were charged the entire amount of our stay even though we preferred to leave the establishment. This is not Bali! If you want to experience pressure and insecurity, this is the place for you!

I had the pleasure of experiencing a long stay at The One Umalas in Bali, and it truly exceeded my expectations. this service apartment strikes the perfect balance between modern comfort and Balinese charm.||It's just a short drive to Canggu and Seminyak, making it convenient to explore nearby cafes, restaurants, and beaches. Yet, the area remains peaceful—perfect for long-term stays.||The apartments are thoughtfully designed, with spacious layouts, sleek interiors, and fully equipped kitchenettes—perfect for those working remotely or staying for extended periods. ||⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐|Would definitely return!||

Location is bad, it's in the middle of nowhere n it's very far from the beach. No amenities in the vicinity. Avoid this place @all cost. Come to realise that the property is being rented out illegally due to ongoing internal disputes n also without the owners permission of all the apartments in this property. You may be evicted from the property n also not getting your money or deposit back. I didn’t enjoy my stay @ all. Heard there were police reports being lodged n also authorities of Bali are involved with regards to the illegal rental activities. Beware folks!

Everything felt so premium and comfortable.|What impressed me the most was the high-tech features. Everything was designed for convenience and a modern experience.|Overall, it was a perfect blend of luxury and technology. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-class stay!

Lovely Place. Excellent customer service with a beautiful rooftop heated pool and bar. Spacious room with a huge TV. Comes with smart room system and smart toilet. Very cool.||Should try the food at rooftop bar. The pasta is fantastic. Great place to chill and relax.

Best service apartment in umalas. Really good location near to canggu and near seminyak. Near souphoria. And try the oasis above nice food. Good crowds. Smart rooms. New places. Have good Italian restaurant la casetta beside. Best experience
